Why Choose Online Therapy?

Online therapy provides you with all the same benefits as regular therapy, without the need for you to travel anywhere. It is the easiest, most effective way for you to quickly and conveniently get the treatment you need. Not everybody can afford to spend time travelling to get treatment; you might have children, work long hours, or feel too anxious to go to an appointment, so online therapy is a perfect alternative.

What Do I Need for a Session?

For cognitive behavioural therapy online, all you need is a quiet area where you can be undisturbed for around 60 minutes and a laptop or a telephone. It is entirely up to you whether you would like us to Skype or talk on the phone – whatever makes you the most comfortable.

How Many Sessions Will I Need?

Everybody varies with regard to how many sessions are needed to address a particular issue. You can be certain we will find the perfect length of treatment to suit your needs. We will generally aim for 6-12 sessions and Carlee will always review your progress after every 6 sessions.

Price per Session


Carlee charges £45-47 per session, per hour, for online cognitive behavioural therapy. She wants you to get better as quickly as possible, so she will always try to minimise the amount of sessions you need. You will have reviews after every 6 sessions to consider your progress and see if you need to continue our sessions.

Discount Block Booking


If you would like to book 6 or 12 sessions upfront, Carlee can offer you a 10% discount on your booking. Please get in touch to find out more.

Skype or Phone?


It's completely up to you how we run your online therapy session. Research has show that CBT sessions conducted remotely are just as beneficial as in person. If you would prefer a more face to face experience, then Skype may be your best option. You can download it for PC and smartphone here.

Cancellation Policy


If, for any reason, you are unable to make your session, please let Carlee know as soon as possible. Any cancellation made within 24 hours of the appointment will be subject to a 50% charge.
