Online therapy provides you with all the same benefits as regular therapy, without the need for you to travel anywhere. It is the easiest, most effective way for you to quickly and conveniently get the treatment you need. Not everybody can afford to spend time travelling to get treatment; you might have children, work long hours, or feel too anxious to go to an appointment, so online therapy is a perfect alternative.
For cognitive behavioural therapy online, all you need is a quiet area where you can be undisturbed for around 60 minutes and a laptop or a telephone. It is entirely up to you whether you would like us to Skype or talk on the phone – whatever makes you the most comfortable.
Everybody varies with regard to how many sessions are needed to a particular issue. You can be certain we will find the perfect length of treatment to suit your needs. We will generally aim for 6-12 sessions and we will always review your progress after every 6 sessions.

I charge £45 per session, per hour, for online cognitive behavioural therapy. I want you to get better as quickly as possible, so I will always try to minimise the amount of sessions you need. We will have reviews after every 6 sessions to consider your progress and see if we need to continue our sessions.

It's completely up to you how we run your online therapy session. Research has show that CBT sessions conducted remotely are just as beneficial in person. If you would prefer a more face to face experience that Skype may be your best option. You can download it for PC and smartphone here.
